What we collect

Account details (name, email), order history, membership and rewards activity, and the state you're located in (telehealth is licensed state-by-state). Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

What we don't collect

Your medical intake, visit notes, diagnoses, and prescriptions live with your licensed telehealth provider (via Qualiphy) — not in Omadic Health systems. We store only order and visit status references so we can show you progress and shipping updates.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information, and we never use your health journey for advertising audiences.

Prescription products require an online consultation with a licensed healthcare provider and are subject to medical approval. Individual results vary.
